How do you finish the wood jewelry? We finish all our pieces with a natural danish oil.

How should I take care of my wood jewelry? Oil your piece periodically with vegetable oil.

Can I get my wood jewelry wet? We don't recommend long exposure to water. If the piece does get wet, just re-oil it with vegetable oil.

Can you make custom designs? Yes, we always enjoy trying new designs. If you have an idea - let us know and we will give it our best.

How long does it take to get my order? If the item is in stock we can ship it out within two days. If the item needs to be custom made then it could take up to 7 production days.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy? We know that sometimes you try your hardest to choose exactly the right item for either yourself or your loved one but end up with perhaps the wrong color or just the wrong item altogether. We are happy to exchange your item or offer credit towards a future purchase within 30 days of receipt.

Do you ship internationally (outside the US)? Yes. Allow an additional 4-5 days for delivery. Addition postage may apply.
